Goal: Online Toxicity
Testing
1. Sample
taken from online process and
injected into cell reactor (37°C
and 5% CO2)

Reagents lyse cells after 6 hour
incubation. Lysate is pumped to RNA isolation/labeling modules.

isolated in the first module then
labeled in the second. Product
is then applied to the microarray
surface.

Hybridization of labeled probe to target
is controlled and monitored electronically.
In about 8 hours, toxicity of
analytes is assessed.
