Measurements of chemical carryover layer in a rinse tank

Objective:

To measure the concentration of chemicals in the carryover

layer and bulk during the rinsing process.

Method of Approach:

An ion selective microprobe will measure the concentration

of the ions in high purity water as a function of distance from

the wafer.
